Will I receive an instant price and how?

Yes. We are able to provide instant prices over the phone although if your requirements are more complex then we will get to work on it instantly and advise a time when you can expect a price.

Do you own your own vehicles?

Yes. We have a fleet of Executive coaches, minibuses and electric 8 seat vehicles.

Can I change or cancel my journey?

How can I pay? Can I pay on the day?

Payment is required in FULL before you travel.You can pay via credit or debit card or a bank transfer. We will send a WorldPay link for you to securely pay and a receipt is issued instantly. What happens if the vehicle does not turn up?

You will be provided with the driver’s name and number and an emergency contact number for someone in our office which is available 24/7. We will exhaust all options to provide a reserve vehicle should our vehicle have a mechanical issue/road accident and not turn up.

What are your processes regarding Covid?

All drivers are regularly checked. All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each journey and again before. All drivers wear masks unless they are exempt.

Who do I contact in an emergency?

We always have a controller in our office 24/7, 365 days a year so always someone on the end of the phone to help.

Do your vehicles have luggage space?

Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet and network varies greatly. Your adviser will make you aware of what vehicle is suited to your luggage requirements.

Can I book multiple vehicles?

Yes. We welcome enquiries and have an experienced team who are used to planning the logistics behind multiple vehicle events and we can offer a coach marshal service if required.

Do you offer NHS or military discount?

Yes. Upon being shown proof of employment at the time of enquiring, we are happy to offer a 10% discount.

Do you allow alcohol and food to be consumed on your vehicles?

Yes and no. Please discuss this with your advisor asap and they will guide you. There are strict laws surrounding the consumption of alcohol on coaches and minibuses. The consumption of food is allowed although no hot food is to be consumed and all discarded rubbish must be cleared away. The person booking the vehicle will be liable for any damage or staining caused by food and drink.

Are your drivers DBS checked.

A driver who requires a DBS certificate must be requested at the time of your initial enquiry.

Do you provide car seats for children?

No. You will have to provide your own car seat and must make us aware asap to ensure the vehicle you are booking has the correct seatbelt.

Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi on?

Some. If you require Wi-Fi please make your advisor aware of this at the time of your initial enquiry.

Do your vehicles have toilets on?

Some. Typically, coaches larger than 40 seats will have toilets on. If you explicitly require toilet facilities for your journey you must make your advisor know at the time you initially enquired.
